Sometimes CoaST life can feel a bit like Aesop's Fable, the North Wind and the Sun; obviously we are the sun, I won't name names as to who represents the wind, but you know who you are! One thing is for sure, whichever interpretation you take, persuasion is always better than force. Positive choices and Behaviour Change by osmosis, that's how I like to think of it.
